Return and Exchange Policy
 

We understand the importance of well-fitting underwear. If you find the size of the underwear you purchased unsuitable and need to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to provide you with an exchange service.

Orders for return and exchange must meet the following conditions:

(a) Request for return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods.

(b) The purchased item does not fit.

(c) The item can only be exchanged for the same style and color in a different size.

(d) The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all brand labels intact (if applicable).

(e) The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged (including no stains, spots, or odors caused by usage).

(f) No returns or exchanges are accepted for non-defective or damaged products, including minor differences in subjective satisfaction, size or measurement, color variation, minor wear or loose threads, dye odor in textiles, or any damage caused after purchase.

(g) No returns or exchanges are accepted for any underwear products.

(h) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns, and refunds are not provided.

To apply for a return or exchange, simply email the order number and contact phone number to the Mr. Underwear Returns Center (info@mrunderwear.co). We will have a dedicated person assist you, and the process is easy and hassle-free. Please don't worry!

Upon receiving your return package, we will process and ship your new item within 10-20 working days. This timeframe depends on the stock availability and transportation time in your country or region.

Please ensure that your return or exchange order meets all the conditions mentioned above before returning the item. If the conditions are not met, Mr. Underwear reserves the right to refuse any exchange service. Any items returned that do not meet the conditions will not be refunded or further processed.

Order Cancellation

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept any changes or cancellations for regular orders unless the item is sold out. If the item is sold out and the supplier is unable to restock it, we will contact you via email or phone and provide a full refund.

If you encounter any other issues during the purchasing process that are not mentioned, please feel free to contact us.
