Order Dispute Period
Any disputes regarding orders, including but not limited to lost packages, missing items, or damaged goods, must be raised within 14 days from the order date. Disputes raised after this period may be refused by our company.

When Mr. Underwear ships the products, ownership of the products will transfer to the customer. Mr. Underwear will deliver the products as requested by the customer. If the products are shipped to a country other than Hong Kong, you may be required to pay additional fees, taxes, or register the products or apply for import licenses to the destination country. These charges and document applications are subject to the laws of the destination country, and Mr. Underwear cannot control or predict the amount of such charges. If the products are ultimately returned, Mr. Underwear will charge 15% of the total product cost to compensate for shipping expenses.
