Shipping & Delivery
Delivery to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
For orders in Hong Kong, you can choose to have them directly shipped to a SF Store, SF Smart Locker, business address, or residential address according to your needs. Unless otherwise specified, all orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan will be delivered by SF Express. All orders require 7 working days (Monday to Friday) for processing and shipping, excluding special days/holidays.
For Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Free shipping is available for a single order totaling HKD 399 or more, or an additional shipping fee of HKD 70 will be charged for orders below HKD 399.
International Delivery
Free shipping is available for a single order totaling HKD 899 or more in Asian countries, or HKD 3000 or more for international destinations. For orders below the specified amount, additional shipping fees will be charged (depending on the region).
Shipping Time
The shipping days listed are for reference only. Depending on the actual situation in the destination country or region, delivery may take longer in certain areas. Refusal of Delivery
If your order has been confirmed, in any case where you refuse to accept the delivery of Mr. Underwear's goods, you will be responsible for paying the original shipping fee, any import or customs duties, as well as the return shipping fee. These amounts will be deducted from your order refund.
Import and Customs Duties
International shipping may incur import and customs duties depending on the destination of the goods. The recipient will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes, which should be settled with the carrier upon delivery. Please ensure that you understand and agree to the customs policies of your country before placing an order. All related fees are non-refundable. Mr. Underwear will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to unpaid import duties and taxes. We cannot make any exceptions, and we appreciate your understanding.
